After a full week of adventures in the Spanish Pyrenees the task was done and we arrived at the North Atlantic ocean. As I often do I opted to head for Biarritz, one of my favorite places, first introduced to me by my daugther; - I've visited this old fishing village every time I have been in southern France alone, so my stat is five times during the last three years. I have been migrating south for a few years now, both in the winter- and summer-seasons.
I hugely prefer Biarritz during the off-seasons like this time, - still I might be heading down there again next summer, bringing the surf-bord, the SUP-board, the climbing-shoes and the Mountain-bike.More from Biarritz: Before the surfing occupied Biarritz, Winter surfing Côte des Basques, and Surfing Côte des Basques.
