I was born only a few nights after new-years evening way back in 1960. For most of my life I had no deliberate heading, and I made life-altering choices based on what the norm was, for reasons that I don't understand today I was willing to do the main-stream stuff. Maybe I sought comfort in being normal, I was content to not stand out; actually I was afraid too.

Today, looking back, I wonder how it came to be. The last few years of traveling and the extensive periods of time being on my own, with nobody around to influence my thoughts, have made me somewhat a wiser person. I used to worry about my life from time to time, - that's mostly all behind me these days, a thing of the past, a very pale slim shadow in the darkest and deepest valley of my soul.

Today I'm confident that things will work out to the best, the track record tells me so, a positive mindset also helps a lot. In the process of all this I have realized I'm quite different, not in a way that I feel special, superior or unique - I'm just not like your everyday guy, and I realized that I'm all-right with standing out, it's not always easy - but being you is worth it. A few might dislike you for it, but I'm certain most people will love you a lot, - I'm sure the important ones certainly will.
