I will never get enough adventures on Iceland

The unnamed highland trail towards Langisjór is in my opinion one of the most spectacular tracks you can drive in central Iceland, it's a must drive for anyone with a proper four-wheel-drive truck. Never take the F-235, unless you're in a SUV. The unnamed track west of this is the one to take, it can be a bit difficult to locate the location where it takes of from the F208 as it changes a bit from year to year, and the trail also runs over a small hill on some solid rock formations after a half kilometer, which leaves few marks from passing vehicles.

I have been driving this trail a few times the resent years, but never succeeded to make to the very far north region where it ends due to bad weather.

On this occasion I also wanted to try a unnamed trail leading north towards Langisjór a bit more to the west, but after passing a few very slippery hills the trail was blocked with snow and ice, and I had to backtrack to the other trial. Backtracking is always a pain - but after all I had some spectacular views and a changeling drive.
