The drive towards Laki is always worthwhile, - no matter the weather conditions. This time I had some really gloomy weather with heavy clouds and rainfall. Still - dramatic weather conditions gives you the opportunity to compose some nice frames.

Also this time I managed to do the full round trip and retuned from Laki via the unanmed and very seldom used highland trail. First time I was here several years ago in my VW Touareg, but it didn't have enough ground clearance to complete the trail. Now things are different with my Geländewagen.
